When you install Tiko SEO, we access your Shopify store's theme and blog content to generate and publish SEO articles. We store your store URL, API access token, and generated article content in our database.
We do not collect, store, or process any customer personal data from your store. We don't access orders, customer lists, payment information, or any personally identifiable information about your customers.
Your store information is used solely to generate relevant SEO content, analyze your website for optimization opportunities, and deliver articles to your blog. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
Your data is stored securely on Supabase (hosted on AWS) with row-level security enabled. Access to sensitive data such as API tokens is restricted to our server-side functions only and is never exposed to browsers or third parties. All communication between our servers and Shopify uses HTTPS encryption in transit.
When you uninstall the app, we immediately deactivate your account and clear your API access token from our database. To request full deletion of all associated data including generated articles, email us here.
